![]() What Content Complete means to you, the players, is that you now have full access to all of the game’s content, items and difficulty modes. I don't want that to happen!Įdit2: Looks like "Content Complete" wouldn't include an ending, so that could come with all the other quality of life things that come with bug fixes and maybe some UI changes. It'll likely lead to bad reviews and people not playing this great game. But if this is how they're going to "end" the core game by telling you you can play Elite and an NPC saying they're not ready for a ritual that you can't complete, then that's a pretty crappy ending. So not only do I not feel like I beat the game, but it doesn't tell the average person how to play Elite.Įdit: I love Grim Dawn and have put in over 500 hours. I know how to play Elite, pick it on the options on home screen, but none of that is explained in game. Now we're at the end and it doesn't even tell us. At least before we saw John Bourbon and knew we were at the end. I don't care if this isn't the end because of expansions, but this is the end of the game for the core game and I think Crate should put something more finite for the current ending. So basically I didn't beat the game I just beat a boss which is the last boss. No credits roll, No sense like I beat the game, No ending story or cinematic. To compensate for their synergistic value, Set items generally have lower stats than other items of similar quality and level, but the set bonuses more than make up for this loss.I beat the end boss, a message says Elite unlocked, I get some loot, hand in the last quest at Ikon, and that's it. Completing a Set grants powerful bonuses that will be difficult to give up. Anyone willing to take on this monstrosity will be justly rewarded with a substantial sum of iron bits. This Amalgamation they are creating is an insult to the gods and must be destroyed. One such creation has been spotted in the Gruesome Harvest. When items from the same Set are equipped, they will bestow additional set bonuses. The Aetherials warp flesh to their whims, turning beast and man alike into abominations. Set items are a special sub-set of Epic and Legendary items that are part of a collection. The great leviathan parts the waters with everyģ3% Chance to Freeze target for 1.5 seconds Unleash a great tide to scatter your foes, just as Rare items begin to drop aroundĥ0% Cold Damage converted to Physical Damage Rare items have their names displayed in green. Double rare items have the potential to be some of the most powerful in the game. An item that generates both a rare prefix and a rare suffix is considered a double rare. Rare items can be any combination of Magic and Rare affixes an item can have a Rare prefix and a Magic suffix, or vice versa. However, the values of each individual bonus will generally not be stronger than those available on Magic items. Unlike Magic items, Rare items can provide more exotic bonuses such as damage to a specific monster archetype or even Auto-Cast item skills. Rare items are generated less frequently than Magic items, thus the name, but boost more stats. Whenever a Common item rolls at least one affix of rare quality, it becomes a Rare item. Magic items have their names displayed in yellow. Most yellow items boost 2-3 stats, but the values are competitive with other item qualities. These items provide significant bonuses, but only to a few stats. Magic items are Common items that have rolled a prefix, a suffix or both of magical quality.
